Pricing Structure:

• Weekly Home Checks:

  • $25 per check for homes less than 1,500 square feet

  • $40 per check for homes between 1,501 and 3,000 square feet

  • $50 per check for homes 3,001 square feet and above

• Larger Projects and Additional Services: For larger projects and services such as landscaping, security system installation, renovations, and more, we acquire multiple quotes from licensed local vendor partners. We charge a 15% fee for project management to ensure that timelines are efficiently followed and the project is structured to your satisfaction.

• Project Managers that pay for themselves: Because of our local partnerships our quotes typically range 10%-20% lower than the average market cost.
